Hello Parents and Caregivers,
We would like to pass on a huge thank you for all your support and kindness during 2020. It has certainly been a year we will never forget.
A special thank you to all the parents that volunteered this year for class trips, putting books away, woodwork and everything else in between.
The children are all deserving of a lovely holiday and a Merry Christmas.

If you have a spare 'hammer' lying around that we could borrow this Friday in Patiki we would be very grateful.

Hello All,
We have a Patiki girl who has gone home in the wrong school dress last Friday. This dress was a lot longer than her own.
If your child has come home wearing a dress that isn't there own one please come in and let us know.
A reminder to everyone to please name all items of the school uniform, especially during swimming time.

Hello All,
We hope you had a lovely weekend and didn't get caught up in the crazy shopping sales, although lots of good bargains in time for Christmas.
Patiki children loved their swimming days last week. Please remember the following days each week:
-Tuesday (lunchtime optional swim)
-Thursday and Friday class swim
A special thank you to Juliet (Leo's Mum) for offering up her Friday morning to help our Patiki children make little New World Plants.
Please remember if your child is in Year 2 you need to make a parent interview time for next week. An email from Mike was sent out last week regarding this. Thank you.
We ask that you remind your child to return their Poetry book in the morning so that we can continue to use this book during the week.

READING
At the moment we are very involved in assessment. It maybe that your child does not bring a reading book home. Please read to them or get them to read to you the books in their reading folder.
PARENT HELP-Please check bags for a notice coming home tomorrow.
We have some New World plants that we need the children to plant. If you are available on Friday 27 November between 9.00am and 10.30am please see Kirsty or Tracy. We really appreciate your help as it means more children get to experience different activities.
PROJECTS
We have some children wanting to make ice blocks as part of their projects. If you have any plastic ice block moulds we could borrow we would be really grateful.

POETRY BOOKS
Can you please make sure that your child does not have their poetry book at home. We remind the children to put their poetry books in the box everyday because it takes up time on Friday when we do Poetry to try and find their book.
