Term 2 Week 1- Friday 17 April




This week’s challenges:
Today is the day to share a photo of your finished Teddy Bear Project and/or Lego Challenge on Seesaw.

We will upload these photos to our Class Patiki blog for you all to see.
PE/Health/Well-being-Daily
Go onto GoNoodle: 
Go to search and put in Dancing Bears. It’s a nice warm-up.
Then choose your favourite Go-Noodle.

Set up another obstacle course for your teddy and you. Can you improve on the one you did on Wednesday?

Take your teddy for a walk around your neighbourhood. How many other teddies do you spy?
Writing-Daily
Handwriting
Today we will practise  a A
Remember to say ...open mouth short stick for the lower case a

You can practise:
-Outside with a paintbrush and water
-Outside with chalk
-On a piece of paper

Get an adult to draw you some lines..remember lower case letters start in the middle , between two lines, open mouth short stick
Upper case A. Try all the same ideas.

Look out for a Seesaw link to give you some more guidance if needed. You do not have to complete your handwriting on Seesaw you can just write it on a piece of paper or in an old school book.

Go to YOUTUBE.COM and listen to 
The Teddy’s Bear Picnic sung by Anne Murray.

Maths-Daily
Can you make number stories with your teddy bears and toys and record them.
For example
              4 + 3 = 7
